Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to paclitaxel or to other components of the drug (especially to ricin polyethoxylated oil).
Neutropenia (initial neutrophil count <1.5 x 109 / l, in the case of Kaposi's sarcoma in patients with AIDS, neutrophils <1 × 109 / l), thrombocytopenia (<100 × 109 / l).
Concomitant severe uncontrolled infections in patients with Kaposi's sarcoma.
Severe liver dysfunction.
Dosage & Administration
Ready-to-use solutions should be administered immediately after cooking, solutions are stable for 27 hours if stored at room temperature (approximately 25 ° C).
They should not be cooled down, as this can form a precipitate.
