Endoxane Indications
During a regime of combined chemotherapy with other antineoplastic drugs or in the form of monotherapy of diseases:
- adjuvant therapy for breast cancer after tumor resection or mastectomy;
- palliative therapy for metastatic breast cancer;
- autoimmune diseases with life-threatening progression, namely, the severe progressive forms of Waggene's lupus nephritis and granulomatosis.
Contradictions
- hypersensitivity to cyclophosphamide or to any of the excipients;
- severe bone marrow dysfunction (especially in patients previously treated with cytotoxic agents and / or radiotherapy);
- inflammation of the bladder (cystitis), urinary tract infections;
- acute urothelial toxicity after treatment with cytotoxic drugs and / or radiotherapy;
- disorders of urine outflow;
- active infections.
Dosage & Administration
Intravenous infusion.
Endoxan can only be prescribed by an experienced oncologist.
Dosage should be selected for each patient individually.
