Contradictions
Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Severe leukopenia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia.
Severe liver dysfunction.
Severe renal failure
Dosage & Administration
For all patients, careful monitoring during the first cycle of treatment is recommended.
Treatment should be discontinued in case of progression of the disease or development of unacceptable toxicity.
The drug is taken orally, no later than 30 minutes after eating, drinking water.
