Votrient Indications
Treatment of locally advanced and / or metastatic renal cell carcinoma (NCC).
Treatment of patients with prevalent soft tissue sarcoma who received chemotherapy pre-treatment, except for patients with stomach tumors of the gastrointestinal tract or liposarcoma.
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.
Dosage & Administration
Recommended dose for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma and soft tissue sarcoma is 800 mg orally once a day.
The treatment continues to progress to the disease or to the development of unacceptable toxicity.
It should be taken outside of meals (at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating)
