Methotrexat Ebeve Indications

Rheumatoid arthritis
Severe and widespread forms of vulgar psoriasis, especially plaque type
As a cytostatic drug. Supportive therapy for acute lymphocytic leukemia.

Contradictions

- Hypersensitivity to methotrexate or to other components of the drug.
- Significant disorders of the liver function (bilirubin level> 85.5 μmol / l).
- Abuse of alcohol.
- Renal impairment (creatinine clearance <20 ml / min).
- There are violations of the system of hematopoiesis (including bone marrow hypoplasia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, or severe anemia).
- Immunodeficiency
- Severe, acute or chronic infections (such as tuberculosis or HIV).
- Ulcers of the oral cavity or gastrointestinal tract.
 -Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
 -Vaccination with live vaccines during methotrexate treatment.

Dosage & Administration

Pills must be swallowed without chewing, 1 hour before or after 1.5-2 hours after taking food.
