CALCEMIN Indications
To slow down the rate of loss of bone mass and correction of disturbances of calcium metabolism, for the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and diseases of the teeth. It is recommended for children aged 12 years and older, including women during the postmenopausal period, especially in the presence of contraindications to the use of substitution hormonal therapy.
As part of complex treatment of conditions accompanied by significant loss of bone mass.
As a reference agent for the use of anti-resorbents (substitute hormonal therapy, calcitonin, bisphosphonates) and stimulants for the formation of bone tissue.
Osteopenic conditions, systemic osteoporosis and its complications.
Contradictions
Increased individual sensitivity to any component of the drug (allergic reactions); hypercalcemia and / or conditions leading to hypercalcaemia (sarcoidosis, malignant neoplasms and primary hyperthyroidism), severe hypercalciuria, renal dysfunction, nephrolithiasis; hypervitaminosis D.
Dosage & Administration
For adults and children 12 years of age, use 1 tablet during meals 1-2 times a day. Drink plenty of water (200 ml).
The maximum daily dose should not exceed 3 tablets coated.
The course of treatment is determined by the doctor depending on the nature of the disease.
