Trizipin Indications
- complex treatment of coronary heart disease (angina, myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure and cardiomyopathy dishormonal);
- treatment of acute and chronic disorders of blood supply of the brain (brain stroke and chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency);
- hemophthalmus and hemorrhage in the retina of various aetiology (diabetic, hypertensive);
- while reducing disability, physical overload;
- to eliminate withdrawal symptoms in chronic alcoholism (in combination with specific alcoholism therapy).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, increased intracranial pressure (in violation of the venous outflow, intracranial tumors), organic central nervous system.
Dosage & Administration
Cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular accident. In the complex treatment daily dose intravenous administration of 5.10 ml (0.5-1 g respectively), which can be used for receiving 1 or 2 divided doses. The course of treatment - 4-6 weeks.
Acute ischemic attack. 5 ml (0.5 g) per day intravenously for 10 days. Then move on to the drug internally. The general treatment of 4-6 weeks.
Possible repeated courses (usually 2-3 times a year).
Vascular pathology and degenerative diseases of the retina. Parabulbarno 0.5 ml for 10 days.
Mental and physical overload. Apply 5 ml (0.5 g) intravenously 1 per day. The course of treatment - 10-14 days. If necessary, repeat the treatment after 2-3 weeks.
Chronic alcoholism. Intravenous 5 ml (0.5 g), 2 times a day. The course of treatment - 7-10 days.
