Thiotriazolin Indications
In the complex treatment of coronary heart disease: angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, myocardial infarction; as an adjunct in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
In the treatment of chronic hepatitis of different etiology, including alcoholic hepatitis, fibrosis and cirrhosis.
Dosage & Administration
Adults with acute myocardial infarction, chronic hepatitis with marked activity Thiotriazoline process in the first 5 days introducing / m 2 ml of 25 mg / ml solution of (50 mg), 2-3 times a day, or in / slow speed with 2 ml / min with 4 ml of 25 mg / ml solution of (100 mg), 1 time per day, or drip at a rate of 20-30 drops per minute (2 capsules of 25 mg / ml solution of dissolved in 150-250 ml 0 , 9% solution of sodium chloride). From the 5th to the 20th day of therapy administered Thiotriazoline tablets (100 mg three times a day).
When angina and rest and post-infarction cardiosclerosis, chronic hepatitis minimal to moderate Thiotriazoline activity is introduced into / m 2 ml of 10 mg / ml solution of 3 times a day. The course of treatment - 20-30 days.
In cirrhosis of the liver treatment - 60 days. Treatment starts with the / m 2 ml of 25 mg / ml solution of (50 mg) 3 times a day for 5 days, and then continue treatment tablets (100 mg three times a day).
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to Thiotriazoline and other ingredients; renal failure; pregnancy and breastfeeding.
