Nitrogranulong Indications
Prevention of angina attacks in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), including in the post-infarction period.
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity, hypotension (blood pressure lower than 90/60 mm Hg. Art.), Acute myocardial infarction with low filling pressure of the right ventricle, toxic pulmonary edema, hemorrhagic stroke, intracranial hypertension, angle-closure glaucoma, acute anemia, shock, collapse, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy , simultaneous application of sildenafil and other phosphodiesterase inhibitors, bradycardia (less than 50 u. / min), cerebral ischemia, cardiac tamponade.
Dosage & Adminsitarion
Dosage depends on the individual patient and the severity of the disease. To prevent the development of tolerance, the dosing regimen should include a 10-12-hour interval.
In mild cases Nitrogranulong take 1-2 tablets of 2.9 mg twice a day, morning and afternoon. In more severe - 1-2 tablets of 5.2 mg twice a day, morning and afternoon. Lack evening dose provides a 12-hour interval. If necessary, it can be assigned to the drug three times a day, but subject beznitratny 10-12 hour interval.
If seizures in a patient taking place mainly at night, Nitrogranulong should be taken in the afternoon and evening.
Tablets should be taken on an empty stomach, swallowed whole, does not crack and does not chew, squeezed small amounts of liquid.
The maximum daily dose should not exceed 30 mg.
