Memox Indications

Alzheimer's disease from mild to severe.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any component of the drug.

Dosage & Administration

Treatment should be initiated and carried out under medical supervision. Therapy should begin only with the trustee who will regularly monitor drug intake by the patient.

The tablets should be taken one time a day every day at the same time. The tablets can be taken with food or independently of food intake.

Adults.

The maximum daily dose is 20 mg. To reduce the risk of adverse reactions maintenance dose is determined by gradually increasing the dose of 5 mg per week over the first 3 weeks as follows:

1st week (1-7 day): 1/2 tablet drug Memox10 (5 mg per day) during the week;

2d week (8-14-yden): 10 mg a day for a week;

3d week (15-21 day): 15 mg a day for a week;

starting from the 4th week: 20 mg a day.
