Denigma Indications
Alzheimer disease severity from mild to severe.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any component of the drug.
Dosage & Administration
Treatment should be initiated and carried out under medical supervision. Therapy should begin only with the trustee who will control the drug the patient.
The tablets should be taken one time a day every day at the same time. Tablets can be used with food or independently of food intake.
Adults
The maximum daily dose is 20 mg. To reduce the risk of adverse reactions maintenance dose is determined by gradually increasing the dose of 5 mg per week over the first 3 weeks as follows:
1st week (1-7 days), take 5 mg per day for a week;
Week 2 (day 8-14): take 10 mg a day for a week;
Week 3 (day 15-21): take 15 mg a day for a week;
starting from the 4th week: take 20 mg daily.
The recommended maintenance dose is 20 mg per day.
