Indications for use: Nausea and vomiting caused by cytotoxic chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
Mode of application: Treatment with cytotoxic drugs and the risk of emesis radiotherapy 8 mg by intravenous injection immediately before treatment in the form of tablets or orally (via the mouth) for 1-2 hours prior to treatment, with a subsequent application of ondansetron at intervals for 12 h providing protection against vomiting during the first 24 hours following a further need to continue taking the drug in tablet 8 mg 2 times a day for 5 days from the start of treatment.
