Vitamin C chewable tablets Indications
- For the treatment of hypo- and vitamin deficiency of C. Ensuring an increased need for vitamin C in a period of acute respiratory and infectious diseases;
- During convalescence after serious illness, surgery;
- At various intoxications, hemorrhagic diathesis, connective tissue diseases (rheumatoid arthritis), bleeding (nose, lungs, uterus);
- With radiation sickness, hepatitis, cholecystitis, Addison's disease, soft tissue in wounds that heal sluggishly, infected wounds and bone fractures.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to ascorbic acid and other ingredients.
The tendency to thrombosis; thrombophlebitis; diabetes; urolithiasis.
Children under 14 years old.
With extreme caution should be used in patients with impaired iron metabolism (hemosiderosis, hemochromatosis, thalassemia).
Fructose intolerance; malabsorption syndrome glucose / galactose.
Severe kidney disease.
Dosage & Administration
After eating.
Adults and children aged 14 years for therapeutic purposes should take 1 tablet (0.5 g) per day. Duration of treatment - 10-15 days.
Acute respiratory and infectious diseases for adults recommend taking 1-2 tablets (0.5-1 grams) per day (2 hours) for 7-10 days.
Then - to ½ tablet (0.25 grams) per day. For the appropriate dosage pills should be used with the appropriate content of the active ingredient.
Duration of treatment determined by the physician depending on the patient and the disease.
Children. Children under 14 years are recommended with another dosage form.
