Uniclophen Indications
- Inhibition of intraoperative miosis during cataract surgery (Uniklofen midriatychnyh has specific properties and does not replace standard medicines that cause mydriasis).
- The treatment of postoperative inflammation after cataract surgery and other surgical procedures.
- Control of inflammation after argon laser trabeculoplasty (ALT).
- Reducing signs and symptoms of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis (SAC) in ophthalmology.
- Treatment of inflammation and discomfort after strabismus surgery.
- Treatment of pain and discomfort after radial keratotomiyi ophthalmology.
Dosage & Administration
Uniclofen solution, eye drops, only for instillation in the conjunctival sac of the eye. Its no case can not enter subconjunctival also should not be injected directly into the anterior chamber of the eye.
Prevention of intraoperative miosis - 1 drop 4 times for 2 hours before surgery.
Control of inflammation in the postoperative period - 1 drop 4 times a day for up to 28 days.
Control the severity of pain and discomfort in the period after PRK - 1 drop 2 times per hour before the operation, 1 drop 2 times for 5 minutes immediately after PRK, and then in the postoperative period on 1 drop every 2-5 hours during waking hours for 24 hours.
