Tahiben Indications
Hypertensive crisis, severe hypertension, refractory hypertension, controlled (controlled) reduction of blood pressure when it is increasing at and / or after surgery.
Dosage & Administration
Intravenous injections: 10-50 mg urapidylu injected slowly with constant monitoring of blood pressure (BP). Lowering blood pressure can be expected within 5 minutes after injection. Depending on the clinical effect can be repeated intravenous drug (at a dose of 10-50 mg urapidylu).
Intravenous drip infusion or infusion using perfuzatora: to maintain blood pressure levels achieved by injection, the drug is administered by infusion.
Preparation of the solution for infusion:
- Intravenous drip infusion of 250 mg urapidylu (50 ml) was added to 500 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution for infusion or 5% or 10% glucose solution for infusion.
- Intravenous infusion using perfuzatora 100 mg urapidylu (20 ml) are gaining in perfuzator and diluted to a volume of 50 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution for infusion or 5% or 10% glucose solution for infusion.
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to urapidilu or other ingredients, aortic stenosis, arteriovenous shunt (with the exception of hemodynamically inactive shunt for dialysis).
