Siccaprotect Indications
- Symptomatic treatment of dryness of the cornea and conjunctiva caused by a decrease in tear secretion, which may be associated with local or systemic diseases or mechanical inability to close eyelids;
- Moisturizing eye while wearing hard contact lenses.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any component of the drug.
Dosage & Administration
Adults drug instilled in infectioned bag 1 drop in each eye up to 6 times a day. In severe cases Sikaprotect can bury every hour.
The duration of treatment depends on the clinical picture and the doctor determined individually. Usually the drugs are artificial tears used during life, except in cases where the symptoms are temporary and related to the underlying disease or a reaction to medication.
With instillation of eye drops should avoid any contact with the eye dropper tip or leather.
