Rami Sandoz Indications
- arterial hypertension;
- chronic heart failure;
- chronic heart failure, which is celebrated during the first few days after an acute myocardial infarction;
- non-diabetic or diabetic glomerular expressed or initial nephropathy;
- reduction in risk of myocardial infarction, stroke or death in patients with an increased risk factor due to the presence of severe coronary artery disease (with / without myocardial infarction), stroke, peripheral vascular disease history or diabetes mellitus with at least one additional factor for cardiovascular risk (microalbuminuria, hypertension, elevated total cholesterol levels, low HDL cholesterol, smoking).
Dosage & Administration
Take medication every day at the same time. The tablets should be swallowed whole without chewing, washing down with water. Food does not affect the bioavailability of the drug, so Rami SANDOZ can be taken before, during or after meals.
Tablets can be halved.
Contradictions
- hypersensitivity to ramipril, any other ACE inhibitor or to the excipients of the formulation;
- angioedema in history (hereditary, idiopathic or associated with the use of ACE inhibitors);
- renal artery stenosis (bilateral or stenosis of the artery of one kidney);
- severe renal impairment; primary aldosteronism;
- pregnancy and breastfeeding;
- child age.
Rami Sandoz cannot be used for patients with hypotension or hemodynamically unstable states.
