PAPAZOL Indications

-spasm of smooth muscles of internal organs (pilorospazm, spastic colitis, cholecystitis, peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer, intestinal colic, renal colic, spasms of the urinary tract);

- transient spasm of the brain;

- moderate peripheral vascular spasm;

- additional tool in the complex therapy of hypertension.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or other components of the drug; violation of atrioventricular conduction; severe heart failure; hypotension; diseases that occur with decreased muscle tone; convulsions; broncho-obstructive syndrome; gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer bleeding; hypotonic colitis; habitual constipation; traumatic brain injury; severe hepatic and renal failure; chronic nephritis with edema and renal function azotovydilnoyi violation; diabetes; hypothyroidism; adrenal insufficiency; prostatic hypertrophy, glaucoma.

Children

The drug is not administered to children.

Dosage & Administration

The drug is prescribed for adults inside 2 hours before or after meal 1 tablet 2-3 times a day. The maximum single dose - 1 tablet, the maximum daily dose - 4 tablets.

The duration of treatment determined by the physician depending on the nature and course of the disease, effectiveness of therapy.
