Orcerin Indications
Rheumatic joint disease (osteoarthritis, osteoarthritis, coxarthrosis and including the knee joint osteoarthrosis).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to diatsereyinu other components of the preparation or anthraquinone in history.
Dosage & Administration
Drug is used over a long period (at least 6 months). During the first 2-4 weeks of treatment Ortseryn prescribed for adults 1 capsule (50 mg) after a meal the night. Starting from 2-4 weeks of treatment, the dose was increased to 100 mg per day in 2 divided doses (1 capsule morning and evening after meals). Duration of treatment is determined individually by a doctor.
Patients with chronic renal failure.
In renal insufficiency may change the pharmacokinetics diatsereyinu. In such cases it is recommended to reduce the dose to 1 capsule per day (creatinine clearance less than 30 mg / ml)
