Nerviplex N Indications
Neurological diseases of different origin, neuritis, neuralgia, polyneuropathy (diabetic, alcohol), radicular syndrome, retrobulbar neuritis, facial nerve lesion.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug; acute cardiac conduction; acute form of decompensated heart failure.
Vitamin B1 is contraindicated in allergic reactions.
Vitamin B6 is contraindicated for use with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute stage (as may increase gastric acidity).
Vitamin B12 is contraindicated for use during erythremia, polycythemia, thromboembolism.
Dosage & Administration
For intramuscular administration.
Before using the drug, which contains lidocaine, a requirement for skin testing Hypersensitivity to the drug, as evidenced by swelling and redness of the injection site.
In severe (acute) cases, treatment begins with 2 ml intramuscular
1 per day to the removal of acute symptoms. To continue the treatment prescribed and 2 ml (1 injection) 2-3 times a week. The course of treatment lasts at least 1 month.
Intramuscular injection should be carried out in the upper outer quadrant of the buttock muscles.
