Milistan MultiSypmtomic Indications
Symptomatic treatment of influenza and other acute respiratory viral infections, accompanied by a dry irritating cough, fever, pain in muscles and joints, headache, nasal congestion, runny nose, watery eyes; including accompanied by allergies, measles, whooping cough.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, to hydroxyzine or to any derivative of piperazine, other antihistamines, severe liver dysfunction, kidney disease, congenital hyperbilirubinemia, deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, alcohol, blood diseases, severe anemia, leukopenia, hypocoagulation, closure glaucoma, urinary retention risk due to diseases of the urethra and prostate, bladder neck obstruction, piloroduodenalnoy stenosis, ileus, severe course of hypertension, coronary artery heart disease, arrhythmias, diabetes, epilepsy;
hyperthyroidism, patients with risk of respiratory failure.
Do not use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO) and within 2 weeks of discontinuation of MAO inhibitors, antidepressants with reverse neuronal capture of serotonin (fluoxetine, paroxetine).
Dosage & Administration
Adults and children over 12 years of preparation to use internally 1 caplet per day. The maximum duration of treatment - 5-7 days.
Patients with moderate renal impairment form of drug use in half dose.
For elderly patients with normal renal function dose adjustment is required.
