Melipramin Indictions
- Depression of any type (with or without anxiety), major depression, depressive phase of bipolar disorder, atypical depression, dysthymia and depression.
- Panic disorder.
- Night enuresis (in children aged 6 years as temporary adjunctive therapy for conditions exclude organic causes of violations).
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the active or any excipient or other tricyclic antidepressants benzodiazepine group.

Dosage & Aadministration

Patients aged 60 years
In these patients, treatment should begin with the lowest dose. Subsequently, the initial dose should gradually increase, bringing it in most cases to 50-75 mg / day. It is desirable to achieve the optimal dose for 10 days and sustain it to the end of therapy.
Panic disorder
Patients with this type of disorder, treatment should start with the lowest dose.
