Cetrine Indications
Nasal symptoms of seasonal and chronic allergic rhinitis (runny nose, itchy nose, sneezing).
Nasal symptoms associated with conjunctivitis. Itching, rash of various types, including idiopathic urticaria.
Contradictions
Tsetrin is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to the drug, as well as hydroxyzine, in case of hypersensitivity to any piperazine derivatives in history, severe renal impairment with creatinine clearance less than 10 mL / min, during pregnancy and lactation, children under 6 years of age in the medicinal form .
Dosage & Administration
Tablets are used inside, regardless of the use of food, drinking plenty of fluids.
Adults and children older than 6 years - 10 mg (1 tablet) 1 time per day. Possible initial dose of 5 mg (½ tablet), depending on the severity of symptoms and treatment efficacy. The maximum daily dose for adults is 20 mg.
Elderly patients with normal renal function dose adjustment is required.
For patients with impaired renal function (mild and severe) the dose should be adjusted individually.
