Gynoflor Indications
- recovery of Lactobacillus flora after topical and / or systemic antimicrobial therapy or chemotherapeutic agents;
- atrophic vaginitis due to estrogen deficiency in menopause and post-menopause or during concomitant treatment with systemic hormone replacement therapy;
- vaginal discharge of unknown origin (Fluor vaginalis) or light-to-moderate cases of bacterial vaginosis and candidiasis, in which the use of anti-infective therapy is not necessary;
- prophylactic treatment of recurrent vaginal infections.
Dosage & Administration
Restoring Lactobacillus flora after topical and / or systemic antimicrobial therapy or chemotherapeutic agents: 1 vaginal tablet daily for 6-12 days. Vaginal tablets should be administered deeply into the vagina at night before bedtime. It is better to do it while lying on your back, slightly bending your knees.
Fluor vaginalis (vaginal discharge), vaginal infections: 1-2 vaginal tablets every day for 6-12 days.
Atrophic vaginitis, vaginal discharge (Fluor vaginalis) in postmenopausal 1 vaginal tablet daily for 12 days followed by a maintenance dose is used - 1 vaginal tablet 1-2 times a week. Regular use Gynoflor with atrophic changes in the vaginal epithelium is necessary for the prevention of atrophic vaginitis.
Treatment of recurrent vaginal infections: 1 vaginal tablet daily for 12 days.
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to the Lactobacillus acidophilus or other component of the formulation; malignancies (estrogen-dependent tumors), breast, uterus or vagina; endometriosis (suspected or diagnosed); vaginal bleeding of unknown origin; girls before puberty.
