Valsacor HD Indications
Arterial hypertension of patients whose blood pressure is not adequately regulated monotherapy.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug; hypersensitivity to sulfonamides derivatives; severe hepatic impairment, cirrhosis and cholestasis; anuria, severe renal impairment [creatinine clearance <30 mL / min]; refractory hypokalemia, hyponatremia, hypercalcemia, or symptomatic hyperuricemia; concomitant use of angiotensin receptor antagonists - including valsartan or angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) with aliskirenom in patients with diabetes mellitus or renal impairment (GFR <60 ml / min / 1,73m2); pregnant women or women who plan to become pregnant (see. "Use during pregnancy and lactation").
Dosage & Administration
The recommended dose - 1 tablet Valsacor® H 80 (80 mg / 12.5 mg) per day. In case of insufficient lower blood pressure by 3-4 weeks after start of treatment is recommended to consider increasing the dose to 1 tablet Valsacor® H 160 (160 mg / 12.5 mg) 1 every day.
The maximum daily dose - 320 mg / 25 mg.
