Trittico Indications
Depressive disorders with / without anxiety.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug or its components.
Alcohol intoxication and intoxication hypnotics.
Acute myocardial infarction.
Dosage & Administration
The drug is applied only to adults.
Therapy should begin with evening receptions with a daily increase in dose as recommended by your doctor. Treatment should last at least 1 month.
To minimize side effects (increased resorption and decrease the maximum concentration in plasma) medication is best taken after meals. A tablet with two parallel lines on the surface can be rozdileyty three parts of gradually increasing the dose depending on the severity of the disease, body weight, age and general condition of the patient.
Adults: 75-150 mg / day to take once in the evening before bedtime.
The dose can be increased to 300 mg / day, to be divided into two stages.
For patients who are hospitalized, the dose can be increased to
600 mg / day, to be divided into several stages.
Elderly patients: an initial dose of 100 mg / day to take in the evening. The dose may be increased depending on the clinical effect. In general, these patients should avoid use of single doses over 100 mg. Sometimes there is a need to accept a dose 300 mg / day.
