Alerzin Indications
Symptomatic treatment of allergic rhinitis (including perennial allergic rhinitis) and urticaria.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to Levocetirizine or to any other component of the dosage form, or to any piperazine derivatives.
Severe chronic renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <10 mL / min).
Rare hereditary disease of galactose intolerance, laktazna failure or violation of assimilation glucose and galactose.
Dosage & Administration
The drug is administered to adults and children aged 6 years internally at a daily dose of 5 mg 1 time per day.
Take a pill, regardless of the meal. The tablet should be swallowed whole, washed down with a little water.
Duration of use: patients with periodic allergic rhinitis (duration of symptoms is <4 days per week or for less than 4 weeks) should be treated according to the disease and history; treatment can be stopped if the symptoms disappear, and can be restored again when re-emergence of symptoms.
If sustainable allergic rhinitis (duration of symptoms> 4 days per week and for more than 4 weeks) during exposure to allergens the patient may be offered permanent therapy. In chronic diseases (chronic allergic rhinitis, chronic urticaria) duration of treatment is 1 year.
