Arilental Indications
Treatment of acute attacks of schizophrenia and as maintenance therapy for patients with schizophrenia.
Treatment of acute manic episodes of bipolar disorder type I and as maintenance therapy for patients with bipolar disorder type I, which before it was moved manic or mixed episode.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to aripiprazole and other ingredients.
Dosage & Administration
Schizophrenia
Recommended Arilental administered at an initial dose of 10 or 15 mg 1 time per day regardless of the meal. Maintenance dose is 15 mg per day. Proven efficacy at doses of 10 to 30 mg per day.
Manic episodes in bipolar disorder
Arilental should take 1 per day regardless of the meal, starting with a dose of 15 or 30 mg per day. Changing the dose if necessary should be conducted at intervals of not less than 24 hours. During clinical studies demonstrated efficacy at doses of 15-30 mg per day during manic episodes when administered for 3-12 weeks. Safety of doses above 30 mg daily has not been evaluated, so you should not exceed 30 mg daily dose.
