Miraxol Indications
Idiopathic Parkinson disease (as monotherapy or in combination with levodopa).
Symptomatic treatment of idiopathic restless legs syndrome.
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to pramipexole or any other component of the formulation.
Dosage & Administration
Parkinson's disease. The tablets should be taken orally, drinking water, regardless of meals. Daily dose equally divided into 3 doses.
Start the treatment. As shown below, the dose should be increased gradually with an initial dose of 0.375 mg / day every 5-7 days. In cases where the patient does not occur intolerance of the drug, the dose should be titrated to achieve a maximal therapeutic effect.
