- Ovarian cancer
- Breast cancer
- Common non-small cell lung cancer
- Kaposi's sarcoma in AIDS patients
Contradictions
- Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or to any other component of the drug, especially the ricin polyoxyethylene oil.
- Should not be used to treat patients with an initial neutrophil content of less than 1.5 × 109 / l (less than 1 x 109 / l for patients with Kaposi's sarcoma).
- Liver function impairment.
- Viral infections, diseases of the cardiovascular system.
Dosage & Administration
- Should be injected through a microporous membrane filter with a 0.222 μm aperture built-in catheter.
Recommended dose is 175 mg / m2 for 3 hours, at intervals of 3 weeks between courses of treatment.
