Lipril Indications
- Essential hypertension;
- heart failure (symptomatic treatment);
- acute myocardial infarction (short-term treatment (6 weeks), patients with stable hemodynamics, no later than 24 hours following acute myocardial infarction);
-initial treatment of nephropathy in patients with diabetes type II diabetes with hypertension.
Dosage & Administration
1 pill should be taken once a day in the morning, preferably at the same time, drinking plenty of water. Lipril can be used regardless of the meal.
The dose and treatment establishes a physician individually depending on the severity of the disease, state of renal function and concomitant therapy.
If necessary, use 2.5 mg dose should be administered in appropriate dosing lisinopril and dosage form.
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to lizinoprilu, other ingredients or other ACE inhibitors; a history of angioneurotic edema after administration of ACE inhibitors; idiopathic or hereditary angioedema; bilateral renal artery stenosis or stenosis of the artery to a solitary kidney; mitral or aortic stenosis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with severe hemodynamic impairment; condition after kidney transplantation; acute myocardial infarction with hemodynamic instability; cardiogenic shock
