Dosage & Administration
The recommended dose for adults is 500-2000 mg / day.
Treatment: the first 2 weeks 500-1000 mg 2 times a day intravenously, then - 500-1000 mg 2 times a day intramuscularly. The maximum daily dose - 2000 mg.
In acute and urgent conditions the maximum therapeutic effect is achieved by the appointment of the drug in the first 24 hours.
If necessary, the treatment is sustained drug Neuroxon, rr oral administration. The recommended course of treatment, at which point the maximum therapeutic effect of 12 weeks.
Doses and duration of treatment depend on the severity of brain damage and are set individually by your doctor.
Aministeration - as a slow intravenous injection (during 3-5 minutes, depending on the dose administered) or intravenous drip infusion (40-60 drops per minute).
For elderly patients required no dose adjustment.
Contraindications
