Leflok INDICATIONS
It is indicated for the treatment of bacterial inflammation processes of adults caused by bacteria sensitive to levofloxacin: 

- pneumonia,

- complicated urinary tract infections (including pyelonephritis),

- skin and soft tissue infections,

- chronic bacterial prostatitis.

APPLICATION

Leflok introduction should be used immediately (within 3 hours) after perforation of the rubber stopper for the prevention of bacterial contamination. Protection from light is not required if the infusion.
Given bioequivalence oral and parenteral dosage forms maybe the same.
Dosage depends on the type and severity of the infection.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Hypersensitivity to levofloxacin or other quinolones, epilepsy, patients with complaints of adverse reactions from the tendon after the previous use of quinolones, children under the age of 18 years, during pregnancy and lactation.
