Homvio-Prostan Indications
- chronic cystitis, urethritis, prostatitis and other inflammatory diseases of the genitourinary system;
- benign prostatic hyperplasia;
- acute and chronic urinary retention;
- urinary incontinence;
- enuresis;
- pyelonephritis, urolithiasis, renal colic.
Dosage & Administration
Chronic disease the initial dose is 5-10 drops 1-3 times a day. With the lack of effectiveness of the treatment the dose should be increased to 15 drops 3 times a day. The duration of treatment is determined individually, but it must be at least 4-6 weeks.
In severe cases, appoint 5-10 drops every 30-60 minutes, but not more than 12 times per day. With a decrease in the severity of inflammation reduce the dose to 10 drops 3 times a day, in the dose of medication taken for 1 month.
Further pass to the drug in the maintenance dose - 10 drops 1 time per day or every other day for a long time.
Drops are taken 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal on a piece of sugar or bread, they are slowly dissolving, or sip of water, keeping it in the mouth as long as possible.
Contradictions
- hypersensitivity to the drug,
- children under the age of 12 years,
- during pregnancy and lactation.
