Tritace Plus Indications

Treatment of essential hypertension ( patients for whom combination therapy is recommended )(ramipril and hydrochlorothiazide).

Dosage & Administration

Aose is individual.
Tritace Plus is not recommended for use as initial therapy. Doses Tritatse Plus determined during selection of doses of the individual components.

Particular caution is needed in patients on dialysis.
The recommended dose and its correction.

After the selection of doses of the individual components according to the below described Tritatse Plus can be administered if the selected dose and dosing regime allows to use a fixed combination (see. INDICATIONS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS).
The usual dose of 2.5 mg of ramipril and 12.5 mg hydrochlorothiazide (tablet 1 corresponds Tritatse plus 2.5 mg / 12.5 mg) per day. Usually recommended to take the daily dose all in the morning once.

Selection performed by a physician according to the severity of hypertension and the presence of other associated risk factors.
The maximum daily dose - 10 mg Ramipril and hydrochlorothiazide 50 mg (4 tablets corresponds Tritatse plus 2.5 mg / 12.5 mg tablets or Tritatse Plus 2 5 mg / 25 mg).

Doses for patients with impaired renal function
Creatinine clearance - 30-60 ml / min · 1.73 m2 body surface: the maximum recommended daily dose is 5 mg ramipril / 25 mg hydrochlorothiazide (corresponding to 2 tablets Tritatse plus 2.5 mg / 12.5 mg or 1 tablet Tritatse Plus 5 mg / 25 mg).

Contradictions

- hypersensitivity to the drug, other ACE inhibitors or any of the excipients of the drug.
- due to the fact that the drug is part of ACE inhibitor
- Tritace Plus is contraindicated in:

- patients with a history of angioedema;
- during pregnancy and lactation.
- due to the fact that the product contains hydrochlorothiazide, Tritatse Plus contraindicated:

- patients with anuria or hypersensitivity to thiazides and other sulfonamide derivatives.
