Endometrin Indications
Additional or replacement therapy with progesterone, in the treatment of female infertility and artificial insemination.
Dosage & Adminstration:
Endometrin is introduced vaginally 1 tablet 2-3 times a day, starting the day of implantation of the embryo.
The treatment is carried out at 10-12 weeks of gestation prior to the establishment of a stable secretion of progesterone by the placenta.
Contradictions
- Vaginal bleeding of unknown etiology.
- The presence of a malignant tumor of the breast and reproductive organs or suspected its presence.
- Liver disease and liver failure.
- The acute thrombosis and episodes of thromboembolism associated and not associated with the use of hormones.
- Hypersensitivity to progesterone or other components of the drug.
