FORTRANS Indications
Cleansing of the large intestine to prepare patients for:
- Endoscopic or X-ray studies on the colon;
- Surgical interventions on the colon.
Fortrans is indicated for adults.
Contradictions
- Hypersensitivity to active or auxiliary substances of the medicinal product.
- Severe disorders of the general condition of the patient, such as dehydration or severe heart failure.
Dosage & Administration
The contents of one packet is dissolved in 1 liter of water until the powder is completely dissolved.
Dosage to set at the rate of approximately 1 liter of solution for 15-20 kg of body weight.
The dose is 3-4 liters of solution depending on the weight of the patient's body.
