Magnerot Indications
- Treatment and prevention of myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease, atherosclerosis, hypertension, spastic states (including muscle cramps).
- Treatment of supraventricular cardiac arrhythmias, left ventricular failure, disorders of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism.
Dosage & Administration
2 tablets 3 times a day for 7 days, then - 1 tablet 2-3 times a day. The course lasts for at least 4-6 weeks. Based on the patient's condition, perhaps the appointment of repeated courses of treatment. At night leg cramps at night it is recommended to take the drug for 2-3 tablets.
The maximum daily dose magnerot - 6 tablets (3000 mg of magnesium orotate).
Magnerot taken 1 hour before meals. The tablets should be taken with a little liquid (one glass of water).
Contraindications
Magnerot is contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to the drug. Besides, it is not suitable for hypocalcemia, gipermagniemii, kidney stones (calcium, magnesium, and phosphate calculi) with impaired renal function, severe bradycardia and AV-blockade (I and II degree).
