Schizophrenia and other psychoses, especially with such symptoms as hallucinations, delusions and impaired thinking, complicated apathy, energy is, depressed mood and privacy.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.
Circulatory collapse, CNS depression of any origin (eg alcohol, barbituratna or opioid intoxication), coma.
Dosage & Administration
Depression. Chronic neurotic disorders. Psychosomatic disorders
Initially 1 mg daily as a single dose in the morning or 0.5 mg twice a day. After a week the dose may be increased to 2 mg / day if the clinical response is insufficient. Daily dose greater than 2 mg should be divided into separate receptions up to 3 mg.
Elderly patients
Elderly patients should be given half the recommended dose, ie
0.5-1.5 mg / day.
Patients usually begin to respond to flyupentyksol for two or three days of preparation. If the application of the maximum dose during the week effect is not achieved, the drug should be discontinued.
Schizophrenia and other psychoses
Dose determined individually according to the patient. In general, you must first apply small doses and increase them to the optimal effective level as soon as possible, according to the therapeutic effect.
First - 3-15 mg / day for 2 or 3 hours, increasing as necessary to 40 mg / day. Maintenance dose is usually 5-20 mg / day, it can be taken once daily in the morning.
