One blister package contains 28 tablets (24+4): 24 tablets white or almost white active tablets and 4 tablets of green color (pill placebo inactive).
How to take the drug Daryle (24+4)
Pills must be taken every day at about the same time, if necessary with a little liquid, in the sequence indicated on the blister package. You need to take 1 tablet a day for 28 consecutive days. Taking pills from the next package should be started after taking the last pill from the previous package. Contradictions

PDA should not be used in one of the following conditions or diseases. If any of these conditions or of disease occurs for the first time during application of PDA, the drug should be discontinued immediately:

- hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients of the drug;
- the presence or indication of a history of venous thromboembolic diseases (e.g. deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism);
- the presence or indication of a history of arterial thromboembolic disease (myocardial infarction) or prodromal symptoms of thrombosis, such as transient ischemic stroke, angina;
- the presence or indication of a history of cerebrovascular disease;
- the presence of heavy or multiple risk factors regarding venous or arterial thrombosis: diabetes mellitus with vascular lesions, - severe hypertension, dislipoproteinemia expressed;
- hereditary or acquired predisposition for venous or arterial thrombosis, such as resistance to argon plasma coagulation, a deficiency of antithrombin III, deficiency of protein C, protein S deficiency, hyperhomocysteinemia and antiphospholipid antibodies (antibodies to cardiolipin, lupus anticoagulant);
- pancreatitis, including a history if exhibited marked hypertriglyceridemia;
