AFFIDA fort Indications
Treatment of acute pain. Symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis pain. Primary dysmenorrhea.
Nimesulide should be used only as a second-line drug.
The decision to appoint nimesulide should be based on assessment of all risks to the patient.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any component of the drug. Hypersensitivity reactions (bronchospasm, rhinitis, urticaria) in the use of aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in history.
Hepatotoxic reactions to the drug in history. The active form of gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer, presence of relapse of peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding a history of cerebrovascular bleeding or other diseases, accompanied by bleeding.
Severe blood coagulation disorders. Severe heart failure. Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <30 mL / min). Liver failure. Increased body temperature and flu-like symptoms. Alcoholism and drug addiction.
Dosage & Administration
AFFIDA Fort is prescribed after careful assessment of risk / benefit ratio. Apply the lowest effective dose for the shortest time to relieve side effects. The maximum duration of drug treatment is 15 days.
