Injesta Indications
Amenorrhea, dysfunctional (anovulatory) uterine bleeding; endocrine infertility, including those caused by the failure of the corpus luteum; miscarriage, oligomenorrhea, algomenorrhea (against hypogonadism).
Contraindications
Liver disease, liver and kidney failure, hepatitis, predisposition to thrombosis, active arterial or venous thromboembolism, severe thrombophlebitis, or a history of these conditions, nervous disorders with symptoms of depression, porphyria. Malignant tumors of the breast and genitals. Ectopic pregnancy or pregnancy that froze, a history of vaginal bleeding of unknown origin, post abortion.
Dosage & Administration
Enter drug intramuscularly or subcutaneously. In dysfunctional uterine bleeding drug administered 5-15 mg daily for 6-8 days. If previously performed curettage of the endometrium, injections begin in 18-20 days. If it is impossible to scraping, enter Injesta even while bleeding. When using Injesta during the bleeding may be a temporary (3-5 days) strengthening, through anemic patients with moderate and severe degrees of severity recommended to conduct blood (200-250 ml). When stopped bleeding should not interrupt treatment before 6 days. If the bleeding has not stopped after 6-8 days of treatment, further input Inzhesty inappropriate.
