Duotrav Indications
- to reduce intraocular pressure (IOP) of adult patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension insufficiently responsive to topical beta-blockers or prostaglandin analogues.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or other ingredients.
Hypersensitivity to other beta-blockers.
The states that are accompanied by airway hyperreactivity, including asthma or presence of asthma history, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Sinus bradycardia, sick sinus syndrome, including sinuauricular blockade, atrioventricular block second or third degree, not controlled by a pacemaker.
Severe heart failure, cardiogenic shock.
Severe allergic rhinitis and corneal dystrophy.
Dosage & Aministration
Adults, including the elderly people
The dose is 1 drop in the conjunctival sac of affected eye (eyes) 1 per day - morning or evening. The drug should be used every day at the same time.
If a dose is missed, treatment should continue using next dose according to the scheme application. The dose should not exceed 1 drop per day in the affected eye / eyes.
