Ibunorm Baby Indications

Symptomatic treatment of fever and pain of various origins

(including fever after immunization, acute respiratory infections, flu, pain while teething pain after tooth extraction and other types of pain, including inflammatory origin).


 

Contraindications

- Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or any of the drug;

- Bronchospasm, rhinitis, urticaria, asthma or a history that emerged after the use of aspirin or other NSAIDs;

- Bleeding and blood clotting;

- Ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, including a history;

- A hereditary allergy to fructose;

- Children under 6 months.

Children. The drug is contraindicated for children less than 6 months.


 

Dosage & Administration

The drug for oral use only.

The dose for children depends on age and body weight.

The dose should be 5-10 mg / kg.

The maximum daily dose should not exceed 30 mg / kg.

Children aged 6 months - 2.5 ml suspension (50 mg) every 8 hours, but no more than 7.5 ml (150 mg) per day.

Children aged 6 to 12 months - 2.5 ml suspension (50 mg) every 6 hours but not more than 10 mL (200 mg) per day.

Children aged 1 to 3 years - 5 ml suspension (100 mg) every 8 hours, but no more than 15 mL (300 mg) per day.

Children aged 4 to 6 years - 7.5 ml suspension (150 mg) three times daily (450 mg).

Children aged 7 to 9 years - 10 ml suspension (200 mg) three times daily (600 mg).

Children aged 10 to 12 years - 15 ml suspension (300 mg) three times daily (900 mg).

If fever after vaccination - 2.5 mL, if necessary - is 2.5 ml after 6 hours but not more than 5 ml for 24 hours.

The duration of use depends on the disease course and is usually 3 days.
