Cordinorm Indications
- hypertension;
- coronary heart disease (angina);
- chronic heart failure with left ventricular systolic dysfunction in combination with ACE inhibitors, diuretics, if necessary - cardiac glycosides.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to bisoprolol or any other drug. Acute heart failure or heart failure in a state of decompensation requiring inotropic therapy. Cardiogenic shock. Atrioventricular block II and III level. Sick sinus syndrome. Severe sinoatrial block. Symptomatic bradycardia (heart rate (HR) of less than 60 beats per minute). Symptomatic hypotension (systolic blood pressure below 100 mm Hg). Severe bronchial asthma or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Late stage of infringement peripheral circulation, Raynaud's disease. Pheochromocytoma, not treated. Metabolic acidosis.
Dosage and administration
.Cordinorm drug should be taken without chewing, or on an empty stomach in the morning during breakfast, washed down with some liquid.
Hypertension; coronary heart disease (angina).
The recommended dose is 5 mg (1 tablet of the drug Cordinorm 5 mg) per day.
If necessary, the daily dose may be increased to 10 mg (1 tablet of the drug Kordynorm 10 mg) per day.
The maximum recommended dose is 20 mg per day.
Changing and adjusting the dose set individually depending on the doctor of the patient.
Cordinorm necessarily used with caution in patients with arterial hypertension or ischemic heart disease accompanied by heart failure.
