Citramon D Indications

Therapy of weak or moderate pain: at home or dental pain in primary dysmenorrhea, migraine, arthralgia, neuralgia, diseases involving hyperthermia various etiologies (as refrigerant).

Dosage & Administration

The drug is prescribed for adults 1 tablet 2-3 times daily after meals. The maximum daily dose is 6 tablets (3 hours). Tablets Citramon-Darnitsya should not take more than 5 days as an analgesic and over 3 days - as antipyretic agent.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to the drug and other xanthine derivatives (theophylline, theobromine), other salicylates, asthma, caused by the use of salicylates or other NSAIDs history, congenital hyperbilirubinemia, congenital deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, blood diseases, leukopenia, anemia, acute gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding diathesis, severe renal insufficiency, severe hepatic impairment, severe cardiovascular disease including arrhythmias, marked atherosclerosis, severe coronary heart disease, expressed heart failure, marked hypertension, high state of arousal, sleep disturbances, summer age, glaucoma, alcoholism.

While the use of MAO inhibitors and within 2 weeks of discontinuation of their use.
