Betaserc Indications

Meniere's disease and syndrome, characterized by three main symptoms:
- dizziness, sometimes accompanied by nausea, vomiting;
- hearing loss (deafness);
- tinnitus.

Symptomatic treatment of vestibular vertigo of different origin.

Contradictions

Hypersensitivity to the active agent or any of the excipients of the drug. Pheochromocytoma.

Dosage & Administration

Pills. The daily dose for adults is 24-48 mg, evenly distributed for the reception during the day.

Take tablets preferably after a meal. Dose picked individually, depending on the effect. The reduction of symptoms is sometimes noted only after 2-3 weeks of treatment. Best results are achieved when taking the drug for several months. There is evidence that the appointment of treatment early in the disease to prevent its progression and / or hearing loss in the later stages.

Solution can not be used undiluted. Each dose should be dissolved in a minimum of 100 ml of water. The recommended dose of 1-2 ml three times a day, or 2 ml three times a day. The package contains a dosing syringe with labels 1 and 2 ml. After use, the syringe should be rinsed with water.
