Ultracain DC Forte Indications

Standard operations such as uncomplicated single or multiple extraction, tooth cavity preparation, preparation of the tooth under the crown.
 

Contraindications

Ultracain D-C can not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances - epinephrine and artykayinu and to sulphites (metabisulfite (E 223)) or to any of the excipients of the drug.
- Hypersensitivity to other local anesthetics amide type;
- Serious disturbances or formation of cardiac impulses conduction disturbances (AV-blockade II-III degree, severe bradycardia);
- Acute decompensated heart failure (acute congestive heart failure);
- Severe hypotension.

Due to the composition of the drug Ultrakayin® Dr C epinephrine can not be applied:
- Patients with a form-closure glaucoma;
- Patients with hyperthyroidism;

Dosage & Administration

Surgery on the mucous membrane and bones, requiring more intense ischemia; surgery to dental pulp (amputation and extirpation); paradontytnyh or remove broken teeth (osteotomy); long surgery; Percutaneous fixation; remove cysts; surgery on the mucous membrane of the gums; resection of the root apex.
