Triplixam Indications

Perindopril arginine -  5mg / 10mg
Indapamide - 1,25mg / 2,5mg
Amlodipine - 5mg / 10mg 

Treatment of hypertension of patients who need treatment with perindopril, indapamide and amlodipine doses available in a fixed combination.

Contraindications

· Patients who are on hemodialysis;

· Use untreated patients with decompensated heart failure;

· Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance below 30 ml / min);

· Moderate renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance below 60 ml / min) while taking the drug Trypliksam® containing a combination of active ingredients in the doses of 10 mg / 2.5 mg / 5 mg or 10 mg / 2.5 mg / 10 mg

· Hypersensitivity to the active substances and other drugs sulfonylureas, dihydropyridine derivatives, any other ACE inhibitor or to any of the excipients listed in the "Structure";

· Angioedema (angioedema) history associated with previous treatment with ACE inhibitors;

· Congenital or idiopathic angioedema;

· Hepatic encephalopathy;

· Severely impaired liver function;

· Hypokalemia;

· Severe hypotension;

· Shock, including cardiogenic shock;

· Obstruction out of the left ventricle (aortic stenosis such as severe);

· Heart disease with unstable hemodynamics after acute myocardial infarction;

· Co-administration of drugs containing the active substance aliskiren, patients with diabetes or renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate <60 mL / min / 1.73 m2).

Dosage & Administration

For oral administration.

1 tablet of the Triplixam drug once a day, preferably in the morning before eating.

The use of fixed combinations provided for initial therapy.

If necessary, the dose fixed combination Triplixam can change or be recommended by individual selection of doses for each component separately.
