Thiotriazolin Indications

Treatment of coronary heart disease, angina, myocardial infarction, postinfarction cardiosclerosis; as an adjunct in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.

Treatment of chronic hepatitis, alcoholic hepatitis, fibrosis and cirrhosis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to tiazotnoyi acid, acute renal failure.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction.
Use during pregnancy and lactation.
Effects on ability to drive a car or other mechanisms.

Dosage & Administration

Myocardial infarction and unstable angina - Tiotryazolin is administered by slow intravenous 4 ml of 25 mg / ml (100 mg) at 2 ml / min or intravenously at a speed of 20-30 drops per minute (4 ml of 25 mg / ml diluted in 150-250 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride) or injected intramuscularly 4 ml of 25 mg / ml (100 mg) 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment - 14 days.
